Gaza Great Shame
A comprehensive digital archive documenting the humanitarian tragedy in Gaza since October 7. The platform, available in Turkish, English and Arabic, presents daily casualties, infrastructure damage and types of attacks through an interactive timeline, bringing the genocide to the conscience of the international public.
At Kallavi, we launched this project not only to record the unprecedented tragedy in Gaza for history, but to build a lasting collective memory. We digitized the attacks since October 7, 2023—daily civilian casualties, infrastructure destruction and war crimes—using a methodology based on official data. Our platform, published in Turkish, English and Arabic, processes data from the Gaza Ministry of Health and international news agencies through cross-verification to provide a transparent, traceable dataset. This work goes beyond statistics; it is a digital resistance built against forgetting, aiming to inscribe every loss—from bombed hospitals to destroyed places of worship—into history.
